I have wanted to update our web store for a long time now. Our original site launched back in 2019, and since then, only minor changes were made. To be honest, the site felt outdated and not very user-friendly. As a developer myself, I often felt a bit frustrated seeing how clunky things were.

We actually started the redesign project in 2022, but with all the orders and daily work, it was hard to focus on it consistently. The project was started and paused multiple times and finally took about three years to complete. This year, our team at beekeeb has grown a lot, which has allowed me to spend more time doing what I truly enjoy, designing keyboards, and also dedicating time to this website revamp. It still feels surreal that so much has changed in these three years, yet we managed to finish the project.

We had four main goals for the new site:

To make keyboard information clearer
To help you find the right keyboard more easily based on your individual needs
To offer greater flexibility in customizing your keyboard
To improve after-sales support
