We’re addressing a rise in support inquiries from customers who bought through unauthorized AliExpress sellers using our photos, trademark and branding. These listings are not official beekeeb products, and we want to clarify our legitimate sales channels to keep our community informed and protected.

We are issuing this statement to address a recent increase in support inquiries regarding products purchased through AliExpress, and to clear up some confusion regarding the availability of our products on third-party platforms. Since last year, we have been alerted that several unauthorized sellers on AliExpress are using our original photography, logos, trademark, and product descriptions in their listings. Recently, the number of support emails we receive from customers who purchased from these listings, believing they were buying directly from beekeeb, has grown significantly. To ensure our community is informed and protected, we want to clarify our official channels.

1. We Do Not Sell on AliExpress

We want to set the record straight regarding our relationship with the platform:

  • No Official Shop: beekeeb does not operate a store on AliExpress.
  • No Resellers: beekeeb does not have authorized resellers or partners on AliExpress.
  • No DIY Kits: beekeeb does not supply DIY kits or components to AliExpress sellers to build on our behalf. If you see a product listing on AliExpress that uses our photos or claims to be us, please be aware that it is not beekeeb.

2. The Difference in Quality

While we are not against AliExpress as a platform, we do not condone the practice of shops using our intellectual property to mislead customers. The most disheartening aspect of this situation is the impact on the buyers. Many customers have contacted us after facing issues with these orders. In most cases, they reached out to us because the AliExpress seller refused to respond or offer help. When we review the photos sent to us by these customers, it becomes clear that the products received are different from the photos in the listing. Because the sellers stole our photos to sell their own inventory, the parts, build quality, and specifications of the actual item delivered are not consistent with beekeeb standards.

3. Support and Authenticity

Because these items are not manufactured by us and do not use our components, we are unable to provide technical support, repairs, or refunds for products purchased through unauthorized AliExpress sellers.
